It is a classic cafe with a high standard. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious. There can be waiting times when it is packed. But is within the framework. I love it e.g. when the drinks are still being served. Somebody learned his trade there. Breakfast is awesome. The buns are crispy. The eggs on point. The selection of cheeses is extensive and changes regularly. Plastered everything only with the help of my husband.

We sat nicely on the terrace and had breakfast. We really liked the selection of breakfasts and optional supplements. Quark, butter, 3 types of cheese, 5 types of sausage, 2 types of jam, 4 rolls, gray and black bread and two eggs for the big breakfast 1 for € 18. Coffee until you drop. The service was friendly and regularly checked discreetly that everything was in order. So far everything is great. The strawberry jam was particularly popular with wasps. 7 shared the small pot. The enthusiasm was only a little clouded with regard to the blonde (normal) cardboard rolls and a multi-grain roll as an alternative for 1.50 €. Oh well.

If you want to visit a classic bourgeois café in Bergisch Gladbach on Sundays, you should go to this restaurant - there is no other restaurant of this type in the city, which is a shame. After two visits, I can say: it's worth it. The cake convinced me, the ambience is old-fashioned and the prices are normal. Recommendable.

We were there for the first time today. Sunday. 2 tables were occupied. We took a seat. After 10 minutes 2 guests came and sat down next to us. After another 10 minutes the waitress came to the table next to us. She has not noticed us at all. I made them aware of us. Have 1 coffee, 1 mineral water, 2 beers alcohol-free, 1 waffle complete and 1 Camembert baked. 25 €. 1. Bad service 2. Not exactly cheap 3. Waiting too long to be served. Waffle and Chamenbert were good. You can not go wrong too much. We will not go anymore. Here you do not feel like a guest. We felt tolerated. Sad and a pity.

A pleasant café at the park, museum and fountain in the city center. It attracts you beautiful surroundings and cafes. Pleasant service and fast. Toilet available.

Slightly longer waiting times but they are worth it. I ordered an omelet with a forest fruit tea and both were delicious. The tea was incredible and that means something, because I really don't like tea. The atmosphere is very cozy, the decorations are very nice, the service is friendly and the prices are really fair. Nice place!
